Order Processing & Delivery
Everything you need to know about how your order is prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
Preparation
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.
Transit
Shipping and delivery normally takes 7–12 business days after processing.
Updates
Tracking details are provided once your parcel has shipped.
Processing Time
After checkout, your order is reviewed and prepared for shipment. This includes order confirmation, item preparation, packing, and dispatch handover. Our standard processing timeframe is 2–4 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends, public holidays, and peak sales periods may extend preparation times slightly.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order leaves processing, shipping and delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. The final delivery timeframe depends on courier movement, destination country, customs checks, local delivery partners, and seasonal order volume.
Please remember that delivery estimates are not guaranteed exact dates. They are provided as a helpful guide based on normal transit conditions.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Sometimes tracking may take a few days to show updates, especially when the parcel is moving between facilities or waiting for courier scans.
If your tracking has not updated immediately, this does not always mean the parcel has stopped moving. It may still be in transit.
Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We recommend checking your street name, house or apartment number, city, postal code, country, and phone number before completing the order.
Incorrect addresses can cause delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels. Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delays That May Occur
- High order volume during sales or seasonal periods.
- Courier delays in the destination country.
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Public holidays or local delivery closures.
- Weather or transport disruptions.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes several items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability or packaging requirements. In this case, you may receive separate tracking details.
